In Search of Korea/Love

Before moving to Japan, Lauren and I taught at Dayelin Kids School in Suji, South Korea. A school that has a very special significance for us, as it is where we first met! Here are some pictures of our fondest memories of Korea and the characters we met along the way!

Our workplace and colleagues, 5 North Americans (4 Canadians, 1 American) and a solo Brit!

Halloween was really fun as it meant dress up. Here are two good friends a bee and a fairy princess.

Peter Pan and Nature Boy working on a puzzle!

I am not sure who was better represented at Halloween; the blue and red of spiderman or the white tiaras of the fairy princesses.

And of course, Yoda is never far far away...

Dressing up can be fun for big kids as well. Wow, look at the honeys!

I was unsuccessful when trying to make a bit of extra cash on the side. I blame the product!

There is so much to do in South Korea, if you search the Seoul!

We loved watching the local football team, Suwon, but for me, nothing beats playing!

We had colorful days at Vivaldi Ski Resort during that season!

I enjoyed getting out to the nearby mountains and exploring!

I played in a local darts competition. I was happy to place second.

There was friendship, dance and all that...
Two jazz babes moving as one!

 Before the sunset...

...it was time to say goodbye to friends at the local, Bar Exit!

When going to Bar Exit, it's hard to choose which hat to wear!

 So follow the heart.

And wear something that fits!
